ameba (Windows 95+, not NT4)

ameba provides a multisensory environment
(sounds and images) which users can interact with using
pointing devices, switches, overlay keyboards or their
voice/sounds. It works particularly well with commercial
gamepads/joysticks with up to 11 buttons! It responds
to input with a variety of stimuli both visual and auditory.
Tens of thousands of different visual displays can be
produced by pressing the 11 possible buttons.
