Speak Up V2 (Windows 95+)

Speak Up V2 has been designed to encourage vocalisation.
Ten different images grow, move and become wider as
the user makes sounds into a microphone. The image also
changes according to the volume of sound made by the user.
'Accessible' by microphone.
